Seeking Reliable Handyman for ongoing work

I recently purchased a house and have a number of punchlist tasks. Looking for an ongoing handyman who can help out for a few days each month (sometimes more for larger projects). Schedule is flexible, so if you have a day job and can only work weekends, that could work. I am looking for someone who is tidy and cleans up their job site, as I live in the house and work from home, so it's important that the jobs are completed efficiently and without creating too much disruption when possible. Ideally, you would also own a truck as there is some demo work to be done so it would help if you could haul to the dump (paid, of course). Please reply by email and tell me about about yourself and what types of work you are best at. References and photos would be great, if you have them. We had someone we were working with who left a number of projects incomplete and left the areas where he was working a mess, and so we are really looking for someone we can trust to show up and finish work within a reasonable timeline. I want to find someone who we can call when we need help with things on a long term basis, even though it would only be part time. Some of the projects that I need help with (and this list will always be growing, I'm sure!) - Painting - Framing and Drywall - Plaster removal/repair - Install ducting for dryer - Trimming hedges - Installing washer/dryer - Replace/install faucets Bonus points if you have experience with electrical, as there are some lights/ceiling fans that also need to be installed and replaced. Side note: If you are looking to build your handyman business, I also could do a work trade and help you create a basic website for your services and assist with your online presence.
