Guitarist forming Hard Rock band

I am a 32 year old rock guitarist and am interested in forming an original rock band this spring. I am looking for a singer,drummer,bassist and 2nd guitarist to handle rhythm and/or co-lead in the vein of Iron Maiden.as for influences musically speaking,I would say Iron Maiden,Avenged sevenfold(hail to the king era),guns n Roses,Ghost,Pearl Jam,savatage,disturbed and more.
