Clean one gutter, put metal flashing, set squirrel trap

I got ripped off by a contractor who was supposed to seal my house and trap the squirrels that are destroying my roof. I need some additional flashing as the contractor refuses to complete job, one section of gutter cleaned, and my trap placed on roof. You need a 25 foot ladder. Each day new holes are put in the roof from the squirrels. I can pay $20 an hour. Job should take an hour. You need to have experience putting metal flashing on roof. One gutter is on second story. The roof is very steep. Even better if you have roof harness and can safely get on roof. Most of job was done, but, the rip off artist refused to get rid of squirrels or seal the last 10% of house. "20 a hour & take a hour to do...you need to be ripped off" This was first response that I got. 20 an hour is great pay for a gig. Most gigs pay minimum wage. I tell you what if you have a labor job and want to pay me $20 an hour then sign me up. I will work all day long labor job for $20 an hour. I just don't have the right ladder or I would do this myself. This is why Georgia will always struggle to build quality. $20 an hour is twice the rate for labor and semi-skilled positions. Go to any full time construction company. If you demand 20 an hour for labor job then you will be laughed at. Those jobs pay $16 an hour max. It's seems in Georgia laborers demand $100 an hour on Craigslist. That is silly. The contractor got high pay and still ripped me off. So high pay in no way reflects quality of work. This is one hour now but probably more hours in future. I am looking for someone that knows you start with small job and then there will probably be more if the quality is there.
