Part-time & Full-time Positions Available Most of our openings are for entry-level, routine office cleaning positions. Part-time and full-time job opportunities are available, ranging from 15-40 hours a week. These are usually evening positions with flexible start times as early as 5:30pm. We provide all the necessary training, and always try to promote from within. We offer full-time employees benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation, paid sick time and paid holidays. Experience in housekeeping, custodial work and commercial janitorial cleaning preferred and valid driver's license preferred. Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Vacuums, sweeps and mops floors empties trash receptacles. Primary Responsibilities Sweep and mop floors. Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces. Vacuum and spot-clean carpets. Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors. Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean. Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies Organize janitorial storage areas Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally Attention to detail Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments Ability to follow directions from a supervisor Ability to demonstrate professionalism Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team Reports to work each day and on time. Completes tasks in an efficient manner Must comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required (i.e. when using cleaning chemicals, reporting incidents, etc.).
