TUCSON, AZ — A 17-year-old was arrested in the fatal shooting of a University of Arizona student but the investigation is ongoing, police said. Alonzo Orosco, 17, was identified and arrested in the death of 20-year-old Forrest Keys after a days-long investigation by the Tucson and University of Arizona Police Departments. Orosco was booked into Pima County Jail on Thursday and has been officially charged with first-degree murder and drive-by shooting. The shooting took place around 11 p.m. on Saturday at the Cherry Avenue Garage near McKale Center on the university's campus. University of Arizona police officers found Keys with gunshot wounds after responding to reports of a shooting. The sophomore died at the scene. Shooting @ Cherry Garage. Police said an argument ensued for unknown reasons and shots were fired soon after. Detectives say they are continuing to investigate and search for additional suspects in Keys' murder.
