Nature's Power Commercial Cleaning Currently looking for someone with a passion for service, who is detail oriented, and professional. Natures Power Commercial Cleaning is a new and growing company in South Lubbock. We service retail and office businesses providing exceptional evening janitorial services. We believe in providing a safe place for others by using all-natural products (no harsh chemicals), which is unique in our industry. We believe in taking the extra step to ensure our employees are taken care of, and thus, our customers are taken care of. All cleaning supplies and materials will be provided and thorough training of each business will be coordinated with the owner. The owner wants each employee to be successful so cleanings will be done with the owner's in-person help and direction for the first week. Shifts start from 5pm - 5:30pm, although some cleanings start at 8pm, and cleaning can last as late as 9:00pm depending on when the business closes for the day. Requirements: At least 1-2 years of professional cleaning experience, 5+ years preferred. Able to work efficiently and detailed with a reliable schedule. Must have reliable transportation and carry cleaning supplies to each business. Must be available every week night and Sunday morning, reliably. Job Responsibilities: Cleaning windows, mirrors, bathrooms, countertops, vacuuming and mopping floors, for local businesses in South Lubbock. Lifting up to 20lbs, crouching, scrubbing are normal activities. 12-14 hours per week offered now and adding customers regularly so schedule could grow. Average 2 hours of work Monday-Friday evenings. Once training is complete you will clean most of these businesses by yourself and the owner will check quality of work regularly.
