We were never to have been. The clandestine, graphic romance novella of our pairing was beyond sophomoric but what an indulgence we afforded ourselves. Secret agent operations take a great partner and what a pair we were! We are both the kinds of people that return something borrowed better than we received it. Ghosting was an expectation. We both had completely separate lives that did not overlap, so it was easy. Our star was hot and bright and prone to burning out, we both knew. We made the best of our time. Because I'm ghosted, I sometimes haunt our places. Will I ever share this experience with anyone else again? I focus on me now.
