This event will begin with Sophia leading us in a new moon ceremony which will consist of a guided meditation, blessing, and some breathwork to help us shift into a more relaxed and receptive state. This will then lead into Anthony's singing bowl meditation sound bath which will help to shift our brainwaves even further and bring additional well-being to our body, mind & soul.
