Description

Responsibilities: Maintain, update and execute preventative maintenance schedules; Acts as primary contact with tenants; directly involved with all aspects of property operations and daily administrative tasks; Work with tenants, building maintenance staff, and vendors to ensure work orders are complete; Work directly with subcontractors to obtain bids and work schedule; Assist Leasing Representatives with their sales and marketing responsibilities to maintain high occupancy and retain existing tenants; Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly (QA) inspections; Evaluate existing contracts and effectively negotiate new contract pricing; Maintain courteous and continuous communication with employees, residents, applicants, and vendors; Requirements: Must have 5+ years of property management experience in a large apartment complex Excellent customer service and follow-up skills; Good financial aptitude; Must be Punctual & an Effective Communicator; Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated ability to maintain strong working relations Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Benefits: Full time steady 40 hours work week $$ Salary would depend on your experience Attractive salary and bonuses Six holidays paid Will have a big growth of income for a successful candidate
