Job Description Maintenance Assistant, Part time to Full Time Parkway Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking to hire! We are a 59-bed skilled nursing facility. We specialize in providing quality care and creating a great environment for our residents and our staff. We are looking for a full-time maintenance assistant to join our current maintenance team. Our team does a great job taking on various responsibilities, including the following: Ensuring that necessary equipment and supplies are maintained and operable Perform repairs under the supervision of the Maintenance Director including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and painting among various other tasks under accepted codes Aids in delivering preventive maintenance for the building, equipment, and grounds Maintains grounds in a professional, well-groomed manner Assists in hanging pictures, arranging furniture, or moving as necessary Experience: 1 year of related experience or some experience Requirements: Authorized to work in the US Drivers License/ID SSN Card Shift: Weekends 8:30-5:00 PM or other hours assigned as needed and some Weekdays Weekdays 8:30-5:00 PM or other hours assigned as needed Please submit a resume/application.
