Renewal Inspector Payne Pest Management is currently looking for a TERMITE /WDO INSPECTOR for our San Diego office. You must be customer focused, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic. No pest control experience necessary. A renewal inspectors daily duties include but are not limited to; inspections of commercial and residential units with the purpose of identifying wood destroying organisms. A simple diagram of inspected property will follow the inspection. If not licensed we will train. Individuals must be able to stand for long periods of time, climb up and down ladders, lift 50 or more pounds and communicate effectively in English. Applicants must have a clean driving record, able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
