I need the services of a good labor attorney. I currently filed a labor dispute for unpaid wages in the state of New York with the Dept of Labor in New York. The advice I received though leads me to believe that the state of New York will not pursue it. Thereforei need to file a civil action. The amount in question is $7,200.
