Mechanic / Parts Puller NNAWG – Sparks, NV NNAWG is a well-established, full-service Auto Recycling business with three locations throughout Reno and Sparks. This locally-owned, community-based business has served the greater Reno area for over 39 years. We are seeking an experienced Mechanic/Parts puller to join our Sparks Auto Wrecking location. This Full-Time position is a valued member of our team who plays an integral role in our company, working closely with the Sales team. The successful candidate will repair/clean cars, pull parts, and other duties as needed in the yard. Essential Job Functions: • American car and Jeep experience • Pulling used auto parts • Safe use of hand tools • Must be able to lift 75lbs • Performing miscellaneous yard duties as needed Skills and Abilities: • Ability to multi-task, maintaining professional demeanor while managing workload • Safe and accurate parts puller • Repair and prep cars and Jeeps for sale • Operate high pressure washer to clean cars • Load customers Core Competencies: Technical Expertise – must have a clear understanding of auto mechanics Initiative - identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked or the situation requires it, strong drive to work independently and complete tasks in an effective and timely manner Education and Experience: • Automotive mechanical experience What we offer: NNAWG offers a competitive wage $14-$15 DOE per hour and benefits package including uniform and health insurance.
