We are expanding our warehouse team! Our team is dedicated to providing quality goods and services for our 7 (soon to be 8!) retail locations and growing wholesale partners. This position would have the potential for cross-training, in order to fulfill roasting and delivery coverage when necessary. Responsibilities: - Preparation of roasted coffee and merchandise for packaging, shipping, and delivering. - Load weighing machines for bagging. - Prepare, print, label, and seal coffee bags. - Check all invoices for appropriate quantities, ensuring all products packed for shipments/deliveries meet the description with 100% accuracy. - Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure that products meet quality standards. - Keep all workstations clean and organized at all times. - Complete all logs/forms/checklists (required at the beginning, during, and end of each shift). - Provide professional and COVID safe customer interactions. Following all company guidelines for safe practices. - Responsible for regular equipment maintenance and basic vehicle maintenance. - Must be flexible & have the ability to work overtime when needed. * Cross-training opportunities for roasting and delivery Requirements: *This position is part-time Sunday through Thursday 7am-3:30pm. Occasional flexibility to work alternative days and overtime required. - Availability Sunday through Thursday 7am-3:30pm. - Comfortable working part time hours. 20+ hours weekly with potential for more. - Comfortable wearing a face covering and gloves for the entire duration of shifts. - Ability to comply with all safety protocols and procedures in place that exceed CDC and industry specific guidelines. - Excellent customer service skills. - Punctual, reliable, detail oriented, organized, and works with a sense of urgency. - Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. - Employment may be made contingent on passing a job-related physical examination. - Must be able to provide a current copy of a California DMV-issued driver record (driver record must have been generated no more than 30 days prior to application date). - Must have a clean driving record for the last three years. - Must pass a drug test (due to working with machinery and potential needs to operate a company-provided vehicle). - Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs. - High school diploma or GED required.
