Havas Street, marketing agency, is currently hiring a Part-Time Logistics coordinator. As the LC, you will serve as a brand resource in your assigned territory for a major spirits portfolio and will report to Territory Managers for direction on market activity and weekly logistical needs. Position Details: • $21/hour | W2 Employee • Additional pay stipends for phone, internet and travel expenses • Part-time up to 20 hours a week • Territory: Cincinnati and Columbus areas Responsibilities: • Overall management of company assets to support local programming while exercising care and following operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines • Communicate and work in cross-departmental collaboration on all projects included but not limited to creative, warehouse/POS management, and event production • Assemble kits, manage distribution & maintain accurate inventory of assets • Support logistical needs of activation for events (setup & tear down) • Organize, deliver/place permanent and temporary POS in accounts for activation, including visibility in stores; replenishing displays and shelf tags where needed • Ensure superb execution of the brand's strategy within designated format (non-premise, on/off premise) • Heavy focus within the inner-city agencies, transfers, and supporting off premise tastings • Ensure implementation of event safety elements including PPE, safety shields, sanitizing elements, etc. Requirements: • Have a current solicitors license (OH only) • At least 1 year of sales/merchandising experience in the adult-beverage industry • Able to lift, load, unload and move product -- up to 50 pounds • Have a reliable vehicle with clean driving record • Must be comfortable driving every day and work on weekends & holidays If you are interested in learning more, please submit your most recent resume to be considered for a phone interview.
