We are pleased to announce the recruitment Production Crew on Day Shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm). This position is an invaluable member of our team as they are responsible for hand crafting our individual products for our valued clients. Our Production Crew is responsible for everything from creating the sturdy frames, installing custom jets and lights, to testing and troubleshooting our finished product. Qualifications & Experience • Experience in manufacturing and production processes • Skilled in fast paced team settings • Previous experience with hand tools preferred • Willingness to grow and learn • Committed to good attendance and excellence in the workplace Desired Attributes of Qualified Candidates • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Committed accuracy to documentation • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills What goes in to the job? Each department will have its own set of special skills. Creation of a luxury product is not something we expect are staff to know firsthand off the street, we assist in training and building of new skillsets to use for a lifetime. Skills such as hanging siding or drywall, fence or deck building, plumbing / sprinkler system experience or simply having a solid knowledge of using wood construction would be beneficial but are not required.
