Project Supervisor: Well established Commercial General Contracting firm seeking a Site Supervisor with the following character qualities; • Be hands on, organized, reliable and self-motivated • Be knowledgeable in commercial construction principles and practices • Have the ability to read construction plans and specifications • Have the ability to communicate well with sub-contractors, clients and design team • Prepare and maintain project schedules • Have clean driver’s license with own transportation, preferably a work truck or van • Minimum 5 years experience Salary commensurate with experience. Laborer: Well established Commercial General Contracting firm seeking a full-time Laborer with the following character qualities; • Be organized, reliable, hardworking and self-motivated • Be familiar with the construction industry and possess a willingness to learn • Have experience working with hand tools (trade experience a plus) • Have the ability to communicate in English, clearly and respectfully with Supervisors and Sub-contractors • Must have a clean driver’s license with own reliable transportation, preferably a work truck or van • Accept responsibility for work performance and respond positively to constructive criticism • Must be able to work in all weather conditions and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. • OSHA training a plus Duties include but are not limited to; • Digging & Heavy lifting • Minor demolition • Jobsite cleanup • Loading and unloading materials • Communicating effectively with Supervisors and sub-contractors Salary commensurate with experience and ability.
