Need professional real estate photographer to take pictures of my home

Hello, we just finished rehabbing our home in Fremont. We are considering doing a short term home exchange for a vacation in December with a family in Sydney Australia, and we want high quality pictures of our home to send to them. We need about 30 angles. The home has been completely cleaned, and is 100% ready for the pictures. You won't have to clean up. We are estimating this will take about an hour. Maybe 90 minutes. Since we're not selling our home, we're not asking for post processing touch up, just basic post-processing is okay. Please send us a fixed price quote. Not interested in paying per picture. Please only send links to your real estate portfolio. We're not interested in working with portrait photographers or with nature photographers, real estate photographers take pictures of certain way.
