Responsibilities: This is a field position that requires management, development and training abilities for landscape maintenance. This includes building strong relationships with clients and possessing positive interpersonal skills. Coordinate daily field operations through dealings with crews and clients. Ability to train and develop crews through education and safety. Aid in monitoring job quality standards. Proficiency required in verbal and writing skills for completion of paperwork and problem solving. *Knowledge of all Commercial Landscape Maintenance Equipment *Valid Clean Drivers License *Basic irrigation knowledge *Basic plant I.D. *Positive Attitude *Bi-Lingual (Not a must) *Leadership Skills *1 year experience in leadership role --------------------------------------GARDENER POSITION---------------------------------- Qualifications: *3-6 Months Experience *Ability to follow direction *Positive Attitude *Work as a team *Trimming experience *Mowing experience *Blowing experience *Weed eating experience *Edging experience *Clean driving record a major plus but not required BENEFITS: Sick, Vacation and Medical available!
