Looking for Part-Time Maintenance/Check up person who is interested in earning extra money in their free time Building is commercial 20,000 Square-feet, has been used just recently and is well maintained. Job involves: *Twice a week, checking up and maintain the building to usable condition *Report any problems if anything breaks or leaks. *Ability to find right person and have them to fix the problem.
