FOUND CAT

Hey guys, I live in Arterra Apartments on Wyoming and Carmel and I have come across a stray cat. It is an extremely nice black cat with yellow eyes and I was wondering if it was anybody’s cat. It seems like he is missing a tail (maybe that’s due to his breed) but he purrs every time I see him and is super friendly. If you know anyone who is missing their cat please contact me!
