Job Requirements
• Three years related experience overseeing alfalfa hay farm operations – putting up hay, managing water, storage, etc.
• Familiar with how farm equipment functions (pumps, hydraulics, electricity, compressors)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Spanish speaking skills preferred
• Engaged leadership style
• Develop people
• Team player with an ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
