More pounds picked per hour = Increased Pay !! Hours: 8:00am-3:30pm – while on temp assignment. 6:00am – till done when permanent. Days: You would work Monday-Friday. Job Type: Temp to Hire Benefits: Full after hired on perm! Stand-By Personnel’s labor division needs Harvesters/Mushroom Pickers for a unique, temp to hire job. We will take you to and from the plant which is a 3-hour drive roundtrip (1.5-hour one way), and you get an $18.00 per day BONUS for the drive. Sleep while we drive to the facility. Snacks, and movies while we drive you back from the facility. If you are an EXPERIENCED Mushroom Picker, this job is for you. However, everyone is encouraged to apply, experience is not necessary, this is a training opportunity. You will be helping keep facility clean and learning how to harvest product. Bonuses paid once you learn how to harvest the product in a fast and efficient manner. Bonuses can increase your pay up to $16 - $18 per hour depending on how much product you pick per hour. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to lift a minimum of thirty pounds. Must be able to stand on your feet for a 10.00-hour shift. Must be able to follow all standard operating procedures and adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) for food processing. Must have the ability to work independently and productively with limited supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team. Must be able to communicate with supervisors and other employees and follow directions. Must be able to move hands at a continuous fast pace to keep up with product flow. Will be doing hourly cleaning and organization of work areas. Stand-By Personnel Labor Division.
