HTSS is seeking Quality Control Inspectors for 1st shift! REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: • Use of tape measure including 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, and 1/64. • Strong basic math skills • Fundamentals of QA such as tolerance • Computer skills • Firm understanding of skus for order accuracy JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Audits and prepares daily qualification documents on manufactured products • Inspects product to work order requirements and ensures product accuracy • Inspects packaging and labeling to ensure they are to Customer requirements • Completes work orders in system • Completes Scrap and Reject transactions in system • Qualifies all manufactured products according to quality and procedure manuals • Collects data such as dimensions, function ability, color, productivity, and performs necessary tests • Records data in a format that will display the capability of a process • Communicates findings to Production Supervisor/Manager • Ensure that all internal quality functions comply to the customer’s quality standards and expectations. • Create product quality reports based on findings of the quality assurance checks. • Control and monitor quality issues raising problems with team-leaders and management as required. • Liaise with the training team when identifying errors made by the operational team. • Create slides for the daily operational performance boards. • Identify quality improvements and assist with their implementation to find long term solutions. • Other duties as assigned__ ** Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm, overtime until 530pm and weekends as needed $16.50/HR Please submit resume if interested!
