Position: Landscaping and Lawn Care Team Member Compensation: $14 per hour plus bonuses, profit sharing, and Paid Time Off We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday. You will have a base pay of $14/hr PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day! Average pay for first year Team members is $20-22/hr. We are looking for hard-working landscape and lawn care Team members that want to grow with our company and show up to work everyday with a purpose.
