A Physicians office located in Allentown is looking for a part-time maintenance person. Duties include: • Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. of remote offices • Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, paint, etc. • Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, maintain flower beds, mulch, rake leaves, wash cars, etc. • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, filters, etc • Drive company cars as needed • Take company vehicles for service • Shred documents as needed • Move equipment as needed • Shovel snow as needed in between plows • Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues • Other duties as required. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
