Oklahoma Investment Group is looking to hire a landscaper/ property grounds keeper for one of our properties in Oklahoma City. We are looking for a hardworking and a dependable person to join our team and help us with the landscaping and the grounds maintenance of our property. A minimum of 1 year experience and verifiable references is required. The candidate needs to have a valid Drivers' License and should agree on a background check in accordance with state laws and regulations Job duties include but are not limited to: * Maintaining the property’s grounds. * Maintaining our landscaping sites by planting flowers, seeds, grass and removing weeds when necessary. * Trim shrubs and bushes when necessary. * Water plants and grass. * Mow and edge lawns, using push mowers, zero turn mowers and edgers. * Care for established lawns by mulching and weeding, trimming and edging around flower beds, walks and walls. * Collect and remove trees. * Light tree trimming. * Removing trash from vacant units and the property’s grounds. Job type: Part Time Pay: $10 - $11 per hour
