Commercial Roofer – Flat Roofs Location: Dubuque (Work sites are within 1 hour drive of Dubuque) Compensation: $20 - $24 / hour (pending skill set and experience) + benefits (401k / health insurance) A reputable and well established Commercial Roofing company is looking to add a Commercial Roofer to their team. This company only does flat roofs (no shingles) and has opportunity for advancement for the right fit committed candidate. The best fit candidate will possess a learning mind set and have the ability and want to contribute to a team. The position will involve installing, repairing and maintaining commercial flat roofs within 1.5 hours. We are really looking for committed individuals as this opportunity typically works 10 out of 12 months. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the right fit candidate will go on the hiring company’s payroll immediately. What we need from you: - Available to work Monday thru Friday with some overtime - Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work is preformed outside and at heights. - Drivers’ License preferred - Work with the crew in a safe, organized and productive environment - Operate hand tools and other equipment - Complete pre-employment drug screen and background check Interested in learning more?
