We are currently seeking a talented *PART TIME* Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Bothell. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your talent, vision, drive, and experience. Hours are very flexible. You can work 20 hours of your choosing throughout the week (Monday-Friday) There may be potential for Full time employment over time. Responsibilities: The Maintenance Tech maintains a positive relationship with all Residents and fellow Associates to ensure excellent customer service. Performs all other duties as directed by the Property Manager/ Maintenance Supervisor and assists the overall team effort in any way possible, including turning units, painting, repairing, calling vendors to repair warranty work and more. Qualifications: Maintenance Technicians must have a working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service; the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; superior customer service skills; and a great attention to detail. One or more years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, and appliances required; experience in painting a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school and/or military training or industry designation a plus. Valid driver's license, and rotating on-call responsibility for after hours emergencies required. This is Part Time position. Please send Resume. Salary: $17.00-20.00 /hour DOE
