We are looking for an experienced Handyman or Maintenance Technician to assist the Property Manager in this Mobile Home Community with property repairs, maintain the grounds, and rehabs as needed. This position prefers knowledge of general building maintenance, rehabbing manufactured homes, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc. You will be responsible for overall maintenance such as painting, general carpentry, light electrical and plumbing, flooring. Be able to maintain the landscaping and snow plowing. Any additional items needed to assist in maintaining the community to improve the overall property.
