We are looking for a Part Time Handyman or Maintenance Technician to assist the Maintenance Manager in several local Mobile Home parks. Responsible for assisting with property repairs, maintaining the grounds, and rehabs as needed. This position prefers knowledge of basic building maintenance, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, etc. Be able to assist in maintaining the landscaping and snow plowing and any additional items needed to assist in maintaining the community to improve the overall property. This is Part Time (25-28 hours)week.
