Description

We are looking for someone to do maintenance/upkeep on our offices and other properties. Job will require the applicant to do various tasks from cutting grass and snow removal to minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs. This is a full time position, typically Monday-Friday(Saturdays and occasional Sunday may be required). Hours are flexible but applicant must be able to be on call in case of emergencies. Pay will be determined by quality of work and experience. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and be willing to commute to the following locations if needed: -German town, MD -Silver Spring, MD -Baltimore, MD -Potomac, MD -Manassas, VA Pre-existing knowledge in building repairs and maintenance is required.
