We are hiring a Full - Time House Cleaner and an almost-full-time House Cleaner. There is no experience necessary at all! We will train you. This is entry level or you can also have housekeeping or maid experience. No weekend work or nights required (these are available if you desire). We are a very good quality house cleaning company that uses almost all environmentally friendly products and have been in Boulder since 1991. We are not a franchise and we will treat you right and pay you right! The pay is $16 - $18 / hr, after training. PLUS occasional tips that are usually equivalent to another $1 or more per hour! Plus a $1 / hour raise after a certain period of time if you impress us. PLUS paid car mileage, PLUS a friendly work environment. PLUS $750 profit sharing after 18 months worked! YOU CAN LISTEN TO YOUR OWN MUSIC ALL DAY! (We only require you use wireless headphones). This is like getting paid to work out! It is a physically demanding job and very rewarding to move about the city and move your body all day! We are hiring full - time or part - time. FOR FULL - TIME: Monday - Friday 8:30-5. You leave your house every day at 8 am to go the first job. Full time, but some days you get off early. Quite often you get off between 3:30 – 4:30, but you must be available every day until 5:30, unless you have made arrangements with us. This is a full - time job. We are flexible if you need occasional days off and occasional shorter days! WEEKENDS OFF. Weekend hours area available on a voluntary basis only, if you want to make extra money. ABILITY TO TAKE TIME OFF OR VACATION TIME - JUST COMMUNICATE WITH US. FOR PART - TIME: You can work less than 5 days per week, but they must be full days where you are available to work until at least 4 pm (preferably 5 pm). See the Full – Time Section for length of days. We only require that you keep your schedule the same for long periods of time (like a month at a time preferably), and not constantly switching. Working Saturday or Sunday, or both, is a possibility if you desire that. We want to make this work for you! REQUIREMENTS: Be reliable & have an insured RELIABLE vehicle. Must be physically healthy, able to lift, bend, kneel, and do general labor. This is demanding work. Must be able to speak and write English. And good at communication! You must have basic customer service skills. The right person will move up quickly! Almost all the products we spray are environmentally friendly. The only products that are not are comet (used in shower and toilet bowl) and the very rare use of oven cleaner. This is an awesome opportunity for someone willing to be flexible and work hard.
