Key Responsibilities:  • Operates roller machine to compress asphalt to maintain a smooth surface. • Assists crew in paving operations. • Provides day to day roller services and looks for ways to improve maintenance process or services on an ongoing basis. • Performs related work as assigned. • Follows all safety, compliance and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Requited:  3-5 years experience required. Required: Manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, good physical fitness, a good sense of balance, and an ability to work as a member of a team. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
