Grounds crew personnel requirements: - Valid driver's license with good driving record, CDL preferred - Tree/landscape industry experience preferred Key responsibilities: - provide best-in-class tree and shrub care, ground operation, and cleanup for residential and commercial clients - maintain safe work practices and standards - work with customers to provide high quality service and satisfaction The grounds crew position: - offers some of the best pay for qualified candidates starting at $16.50/hour - includes medical and dental benefits after 60 day interim period - bonus program, room for growth, and more.
