Wanted small breed puppy

Hello, I'm looking for a small breed puppy, with a reasonable rehoming fee, to join my family 💜. If the rehoming fee is $400+ the dog should have shots, be spayed/neutered etc. If not I will pass. I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount for a puppy, I would rather take care of any medical needs and buy toys, food or whatever it will need. Yes, I can afford to pay a high price I just refuse to and I am more than capable of providing and affording anything for a pet. Not looking for any certain breed as long as it is small. Thank you 😃
