Found white kitty with black spots

Trying to see if this kitty has a home. He is super friendly and talkative. He definitely wants to come inside which makes me think he’s lived in a house before. Description: Not fixed male. All white with black spots along back and on nose/chin. Black top of head/ears. Black tail.
