Qualifications Irrigation: 3+ years experience (Preferred) Driver's License (Required) Full Job Description Do you have a strong background in Commercial Landscape Irrigation? ValleyScapes is a Oregon, Family owned company, established in 2007. We provide commercial landscape maintenance for HOA's, Businesses, and Apartment Complexes throughout the Portland/Vancouver Metro area. We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, motivated Irrigation Technician to work out of our Hillsboro or Damascus, Oregon locations. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Job Duties & Requirements: Must have a valid, clean & insurable driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience Knowledge of sprinkler system function and layout Expert knowledge of sprinkler heads, pipe fittings, valves and controllers Excellent Troubleshooting Skills to solve problems such as wire breaks, valve repair, main line breaks, and broken sprinkler heads, to make systems work properly Ability to perform inspections of irrigation systems on sites Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers Position is full-time. Compensation is Hourly, $18-$25, depending on experience. Pre-employment drug screen required. Benefits include: Medical, dental, holiday pay, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plan.
