Job Title: HVAC Service Technician/Installer Company: HomeRx Job location: Portland Metro Area Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: Signing bonus Job Type: Full-time Performance is looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and organized HVAC service technician to join our growing team! Our HVAC division handles HVAC installation and service/preventative maintenance throughout the Portland-Vancouver-Salem metro area and beyond. Our installers are skilled, ready, and well versed in all aspects of a HVAC. We get it done in a safe, professional, and timely manner. No matter what it may be, the Performance team is ready! Who we are looking for: Our service technicians assist with repairing and calibrating systems as well as replacing components like thermostats, transformers, and compressors. Our service technicians perform duties such as diagnosing problems and explaining them to our customers in clear, non-technical terms as well as relaying costs and alternative solutions to customers. Our service technicians have impeccable customer service skills just as good as their technical aptitude and are always practicing safety. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of HVAC experience and 2 years as a service technician.
