OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: We are looking for a candidate that can learn, or has experience in, water damage emergency services within the residential/commercial restoration trade. Our clients have small and catastrophic damages to their home and it is our job to help minimize the damage and help guide the customer through the process. This involves several critical processes. Assessment of damages, developing a work plan, executing the work plan in a timely manner, reporting measurements and daily job logs which may include moisture readings utilizing industry recording/metering equipment. Maintaining top tier customer service throughout the process. A positive attitude and outlook toward a team oriented workplace. Emergency services aren't scheduled and can happen at any time; after hours work is to be expected. Must have own tools of the trade Need to have a clean driving record Able to pass a background check
