*** $1000 SIGN ON BONUS*** ***WE NEED WATER RESTORATION PROJECT MANAGERS*** Royal Water Damage is a locally owned, well-established, water restoration business located in Willow Grove, PA and Northeast Philadelphia. We are currently expanding and seeking a full-time technician to join our growing team. We are a 24/7 Emergency service. WE ARE OFFERING A $1000 SIGN ON BONUS IF YOU ARE HIRED BETWEEN 11/20/2020-2/15/2021 AFTER 3 MONTHS OF CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMENT We provide top quality service to our customers in both residential and commercial properties. Our Water Restoration Project Manager will have responsibilities including -Communicate with customers, sales reps and service technicians to develop the scope of work, the work plan and monitor progress. -Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate and all work is performed in keeping with S500 guidelines -Perform Water Restoration Sales and Technician functions when needed -Ensure all documentation is complete Supervise all water restoration service crews Availability to receive and dispatch to emergency after hours calls while on a rotating on call schedule. Requirements include: -Water Restoration industry service or management experience -Familiarity with best practices for insurance reimbursement on water mitigation claims -Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate effectively with customers -Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Team building skills to enhance the performance of the crews -Entrepreneurs mindset, focused on accelerating the growth of the company.
