Position Type: Full-time Description of Duties: Leading a team and occasionally working individually to beautify lawns and landscapes Training new team members and improving team productivity and efficiency Complete basic training and educational materials to improve your industry knowledge Working with industry related power equipment and tools Operating and maintaining company vehicles and power equipment Helping to achieve customer satisfaction Bringing new ideas and viewpoints to improve company productivity and efficiency Skills and Requirements: Experience in landscaping and lawn maintenance work Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience operating a truck and trailer Effective leadership skills and problem solving abilities Able to work some weekends and overtime Comfortable working with power equipment Compensation: $18-20 per hour Application: If this sounds like you, please submit your resume and let us know why you think you would be a great fit for our team!
