We are a Local Lawn Care Company seeking a technician for our Topdressing Crew. This is a full-time position and we will provide the paid training. You will be part of a 3-4 person crew, responsible for application of compost to our customer’s lawns. The responsibilities of the job would include aerating, shoveling, wheel barrowing, as well as using a self-propelled top-dressing machine. You and crew would also provide cleanup of sidewalk, driveways, or other ground features which would include gathering and removing of spilled compost. This is an hourly position with a guaranteed 40 hours a week, as well as periodic overtime. We offer benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid holidays and vacation. We also offer a 401k retirement plan. You must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, have reliable transportation to work, and be able to work unsupervised on residential lawns.
