Northern Gear & Machining is seeking CNC Operators to collaborate with a team dedicated to the success of our customers. This position will be responsible for efficient and timely set-ups. Responsibilities: Operating CNC machines (Willing to train) Working with Engineering Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with set-ups Working from a blueprint or drawing with specifications to select and/or build fixturing Using a variety of precision measuring devices Adhering to Quality Assurance requirements including first piece inspections and recording of measurement data Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Familar and ISO standards and follow all standards and procedures Striving for continuous improvement Qualifications: Be able to work in a fast paced environment Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization A positive attitude Achieve, maintain, and establish productivity levels Zero defect quality mentality Apply today!! ** Pay based on experience** We are willing to train the right candidate!
