Job Description Description: Looking for hard working, dedicated people to install fiberglass batts and/or loose fill attic blow. We pay weekly and by the job (piece work). This is a low impact job that requires no previous construction experience and pays well to those who are self motivated and don't require micromanaging. Bi-Lingual is a plus. Responsibilities and Duties: • Installation of batted insulation in walls, crawl spaces, and attics of commercial and residential buildings. • Installation of blown attic insulation. • Installation of bibs insulation. • Removal of damaged insulation from attics, crawl spaces, and walls. Qualifications and Skills: • Experience a plus, but not required. • MUST be able to lift 50-75 pounds. Company trucks and gas cards are provided, although they both must be returned to the office at the end of the day. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Piece rate compensation.
