Description
This person will report directly to The Director of Construction and the Project Management Team. The main responsibility of this role is to head a small crew, including subcontractors, and suppliers, to convert storage facilities, and offices to the company prototype.
Qualifications for Foreman:
• Construction experience required. Including but not limited to following areas:
1. Manage Contractors & Suppliers
2. Source Material and Labor Locally
3. Demolition
4. Installation of Partition and Ceiling Systems
5. Installation of electrical
6. Installation of cameras
7. Installation or repair of HVAC systems
8. Paint interior offices.
9. Repair and Replace Gates/Fences
• Travel is a must; this position will be traveling to different facilities.
• Must be able to read architectural plans.
• Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening.
• Manage contractors and assistant the PM team in bidding out work when necessary.
• Understanding of Construction Equipment and basic safety practices.
• Great problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
