Construction Technician This person will report directly to The Construction Foreman and the Project Management Team. The main responsibility of this role is assisting the Foreman with converting storage facilities, and offices to the company prototype. Qualifications for Technician: • Construction experience required. Including but not limited to following areas: 1. Demolition 2. Installation of Partition and Ceiling Systems 3. Installation of electrical 4. Installation of cameras 5. Installation or repair of HVAC systems 6. Paint interior offices. 7. Repair and Replace Gates/Fences • Travel is a must; this position will be traveling to different facilities. • Understanding of Construction Equipment and basic safety practices.
