Applicants must have general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including elements of construction/installation, uses, repair and maintenance, including: Basic drywall Make Ready Skills Basic Plumbing Carpentry Basic electrical Experience preferred in: HVAC (Certification a plus but not required) Housing industry Must have own basic tools and transportation. Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following: Walking or standing for extended periods of time Operating assigned equipment and vehicles Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
