Requirements include knowledge of the following: Basic drywall Make Ready Skills Basic Plumbing Carpentry Basic electrical Flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency on-call phone Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following: Walking or standing for extended periods of time Operating assigned equipment and vehicles Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Experience preferred in the Housing industry. Must have own basic tools, valid driver’s license and transportation.
