Key duties for this position: -Meet with crews onsite in order to meet deadlines of completion -Keep close relationships with sub-contracted crews -Responsible for the overall project coordination and timely flow of information between our client and the various vendors and subcontractors. -Communicate project change orders needed -Observe and ensure job site safety -Reports directly to the Managing Director and Owner. -Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Attributes: -Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and automobile insurance -High school diploma or equivalent required -Preferred at lease 1-3 experience as Project Manager/ Superintendent role. -Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed dress code policy -Must be available and reachable at all times via phone or email, except during approved time off -Own Basic tools for punch items -A positive, proactive and determined attitude -The ability to juggle any number of project opportunities at any given time -Possessing good written and oral communication skills. -Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, with a sense of urgency, to meet deadlines. -Ability to remain objective and non-reactive when handling any issues that may arise. -Capability of gathering information to make informed, timely and smart decisions to the best benefit of the company Please respond to this advertisement with a letter of introduction and contact information to [email protected] For immediate consideration, please visit our website- www.ecoprorestorations.com/employment Fill out the application for direct hires under the employment tab.
